Edward Wallace East (1814-1884) was a Mormon pioneer who settled in Utah and Arizona. Edward Wallace East was born October 11, 1814 in Henry County, Virginia to Thomas East and Sarah Graves. As a young man he served in the Texas Rangers. He married Willmirth Margaret Greer on October 2, 1839 in Washington County, Texas, and together they had twelve children.
